Because we specialize in high-velocity inventory and unique collectible items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.
Please review the policy details below before completing your purchase.
1. Final Sale Policy

All individual cards (singles), sealed products, and accessories are sold as-is and are ineligible for return or exchange.

We do not offer price matching or refunds in the event of market price fluctuations.

Cancellations must be requested via email before the order has been marked as shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, the sale is final.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in securely packing and shipping your items. However, if there is an issue caused by an error on our part, we will make it right.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or completely incorrect (e.g., the wrong card or product), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at jordan@cashmeregames.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in.

Approved exceptions for damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a replacement (if inventory allows) or a store credit/refund.
3. Lost or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier as "Undeliverable" or "Unclaimed," the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
