Thank you for shopping with Cashmere Games. We are committed to getting your orders to you safely, securely, and as fast as humanly possible. Because we know you want to get your hands on your cards without hidden fees at checkout, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders, and our fulfillment team operates 7 days a week.

1. 100% Free Shipping

  • No Minimums: Every single item on our storefront ships completely free of charge to any address within the United States.

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout.

2. Order Processing & 7-Day Fulfillment

  • Handling Time: All orders are securely packaged and prepared for transit within 1–2 days maximum.

  • 7-Day Operations: We ship Monday through Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend do not sit until Monday; they are packed and queued for transit immediately.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is packaged and a shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status once they receive the parcel.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship via reliable, standard commercial carrier services (primarily USPS Ground Advantage). While we package and ship items 7 days a week, final transit times are still subject to standard carrier operating schedules:

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days after processing.

4. Packaging & Product Integrity

As collectors and TCG professionals ourselves, we understand the vital importance of product condition.

  • All sealed booster boxes are shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes with dedicated bubble wrapping or void-fill protection to shield them during transit. Please note that while we take every precaution to protect your items, minor scuffing, tiny perforations, or natural shelf wear to the outer plastic shrink-wrap can occur during storage or transit and is considered normal.

  • All singles and graded slabs are packed in heavy-duty, puncture-resistant bubble mailers or boxes, surrounded by protective cardboard shielding.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Cashmere Games is not legally responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as "Delivered."

However, we want you to have a flawless experience. If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged due to transit abuse:

  1. Document the damage immediately with clear photos of the outer packaging and internal items.

  2. Reach out to our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  3. We will gladly assist you in opening an official investigation or insurance claim with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
